Sand Screen
The SUPER BEAVER Portable Chip and Hog Fuel Screening Plant is designed to receive unscreened material from large portable chippers, tub grinder or top load from tractor scoop. It separates the fines, accepts and oversize wood material. Fines are blown out to pile, overs are rechipped and rescreened. the accepts are conveyed up the out feed conveyor for van loading.
The SUPER BEAVER screening plant has a large volume receiving hopper with a three strand box drag chain feed conveyor. The indeed conveyor can be turned on or off by remote control. The primary thickness disc screen has harden disc and an all belt drive. The disc screen has a variable speed drive for field adjustment to achieve optimum chip quality and overall high tonnage capacity.
All electric 440 volt motor drives using a 54kW diesel generator, one 110 volt service outlet, 100 gallon fuel tank and NEMA 4 control panel with lock out disconnect.
MW screening plant trailer has air brakes, running lights, fifth wheel and crankdown loading legs. The trailer is legal weight, width, length and height in all states and Canada.
No attachments or unbolting of conveyor is required. Plant is ready to be started immediately after located in chip receiving position.
The HOG FUEL DEBRIS SCREEN removes acceptable material before hog.
The Mill Works CHIP SLINGER can throw material 100 ft. and can rotate 300 degrees to make a large pile. It can attached to PORTABLE SUPER BEAVER or a stationary belt conveyor.
The Mill Works RECHIPPER receives oversized wood chips, rechips and blows the chips back to the infeed hopper of the PORTABLE SUPER BEAVER. Uses replaceable Key Knives. The RECHIPPER can be used in the mill for rechipping trim blocks and other oversized wood material.
